Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to in the near future.

How long does it take to get my order? 

Our policy is to ship within 2 business days.  We try to ship same day whenever possible but due to unexpected volume, we allow the 2 business day turn around time. Depending on what shipping option you select at checkout please add up to two business days to the estimated arrival date. 

How do I to track my order? 

You will receive a notification once your order ships! For additional help tracking your order please contact us at info@eilacherie.com.

Is the marble on my watch real?

Yes! The marble we source is all cut from 100% real Chinese white and black marble. You'll notice our marble watches are heavier than other brands as ours are not digitally printed but feature authentic natural veining.

Where do you manufacture and are your factories ethical? 

We manufacture in China and have a local dedicated sourcing manager who overseas our manufacturing and operations. Our products are optimal quality and many are hand finished. That being said, we do not own the factories out right. We hire them on a project basis, which means we do not have complete control over factory standards- though they are held in accordance with labor laws and best practices. Within five years we hope to be able to purchase and staff our own factories to ensure the best possible working conditions and benefits. 


Why don't you produce in America or Europe?

We evaluated manufacturing in the USA and in Europe but concluded that if we proceeded we would not have the profit margin to be able to donate 10% of the sale price. As our model stands, even if we do not make a profit we will be donating to a nonprofit that benefits women, as its based on net sales not profit. Within five years our goal is to be able to purchase and staff our own factories to ensure the best possible working conditions and benefits.

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are not happy with your Eila Chérie purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping. In order to process a return, you must contact us at info@eilacherie.com and we will issue you a return label and reference number. Returned items must be unused and in good condition with original packaging in tact and included. All discounted or sale items are considered a final sale.  

Do your watches have a warranty? 

Eila Chérie offers a limited watch warranty that covers manufacturer’s mechanical defects for up to two years after the original purchase date free of charge. Water damage, cosmetic wear and tear, accidental glass damage or scratching, theft and batteries are not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase from an authorized Eila Chérie dealer may be required. 

Is my watch water resistant? 

Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM or 5ATM depending on the style. Check the back of your watch or the product detail page on our website for your specific water resistance level.  Please note that water damage is not covered under warranty.

Are you a publicly traded company? 

Nope, we are a completely independent, self-funded brand. This ensures we keep our staff, our customers and our vendors best interests at heart. 

How do I adjust my mesh watch strap? 

For your convenience we have included a watch tool inside of your watch box. Use this tool and follow the directions shown on this video:


    How do I cancel my order?

    Email us at info@eilacherie.com with your order number and request for cancelation. In the event that your package has not been shipped we will cancel the order and you will receive an automatic notification for your refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to contact us to get a return label issued and send back the merchandise. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund after your return is received.
