If for any reason you are not happy with your Eila Chérie purchase, you may return full-price item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date days of the original purchase for a full refund less the cost of return shipping. All items shipped internationally are considered a final sale.
In order to process a return, you must contact us and we will issue you a return label and order reference number. Once we have received the item we will refund you minus the cost of return shipping.
Returned items must be unused and in good condition with original packaging in tact and included.
Eila Chérie utilizes the power and dependability of FedEx for both our domestic and international customers. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.
Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the united states.
- Orders received after 9am PT may be shipped the following business day.
- Next business day shipping may be available but if your order is received after 9am PT it may be shipped the following business day.
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or fees.
- when placing an order for delivery outside the united states, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any charges for duties, taxes or other collection fees are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.
- All prices are shown in U.S dollars ($usd). Shipping price is not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.
- We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
